Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our product we do not give refunds,or exchange goods. We will gladly exchange where goods are faulty do to manufacturing. Please send email to notify and receive details.

Personal Information is used for the sole purpose of processing transactions. Personal information acquired by Busted will not be sold, rented, or made available to any other persons or entities.

Payment Options

All prices on this website are calculated in Australian dollars. All prices are inclusive of GST. in Australia.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Bankcard credit cards. We accept Bank cheques, Money orders. Please contact us for more details.

Processing & Shipping

Australia only:
500g less a flat fee of $6.50 will be added. If order exceeds 500g you will be notified by email as to cost of sending.

International:
Busted does not accept responsibility for any import duties/taxes which may be charged to the customer upon delivery. The customer is responsible for all import duties/taxes which may be due upon delivery.

Product purchased via this website shall be processed and shipped to the customer no more than 48 hours from the time the order was placed. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), or Australian public holidays, shall be processed on the first working day following.
